Doloxib (etoricoxib) should be used at the lowest effective dose and for as short a time as directed by your doctor. If the pain persists after 7 days of use, do not increase the dose yourself or prolong the therapy without consulting your doctor.

In this situation, I encourage you to contact a doctor who will assess your health, possibly modify the treatment or suggest other methods of pain relief. Other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not be used concomitantly to avoid side effects. In the event of alarming symptoms (e.g. nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue), stop taking the drug immediately and see a doctor.
