Primolut-Nor (Norethisterone Acetate) is a hormonal drug used, m.in. Symptoms such as irritability and nervousness can be side effects of this drug.
If you experience worrying side effects, you can stop taking the drug – this usually does not cause additional complications, but may result in the recurrence of the original symptoms, e.g. bleeding again.
