Indications for the use of Monoprost drops include a decrease in elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma and intraocular hypertension. Primary angle closure glaucoma may require surgical intervention, especially in cases with an acute course and impaired vision. The use of any medication should be supervised by an ophthalmologist.
