Ozempic and Wegovy contain the same active ingredient (Wegovy is found in stronger doses than Ozempic). Changing dosage - increasing and decreasing the dose of the drug - should be discussed with your doctor. Your doctor may recommend a reduction in your dose if you think the tests suggest that this is possible.
