How to dose Duphaston?

Hello, I got a prescription from a gynaecologist with duphaston 10 mg.

I'm supposed to take 4x1 tabl
How to plan ? I am nauseous so the doctor said that 3 pills can be used. What are the fixed hours I should be in? Do I need to eat before taking the drug?
