What can be replaced bisoprolol? It lowers my blood pressure too much.

During and after the dose of bisoprolol, transient hypotension, bradycardia or worsening of heart failure may occur and this is completely normal. I do not know when the drug was started, but if the observed ailments persist longer, you should consult the therapy with a doctor. He or she will adjust the dose or recommend a different preparation. Do not modify the dosage yourself.
