What doctor can prescribe DHC Continus (my prescription is expired)?

Hello, I have been issued a prescription for DHC continius 90 mg.
The prescription has expired. My gyneologist is now on leave. Which doctor (specialty) could prescribe me 60mg instead of this dose so that I can buy it? I only mean "changing" the dose to one that can be received at this point.

You can ask your GP to issue a new prescription, but it is good to have a prescription that has expired and/or a treatment history on the basis of which the doctor will be able to justify issuing a new document.
