Symptoms such as dizziness, palpitations, and a feeling of low blood pressure may indicate side effects or changes in blood pressure while using Munjaro. I encourage you to immediately consult your attending physician to assess whether the drug should be continued, changed or whether additional testing is necessary. Do not stop therapy on your own without medical consultation, as sudden discontinuation can have negative effects. In the meantime, it's a good idea to monitor your blood pressure and report any worsening of your symptoms.
