In Poland, ear drops containing an antibiotic are only available on prescription and cannot be legally purchased without it. In contrast, there are over-the-counter ear drops that are mainly used for superficial infections of the outer ear. When it comes to shipping to Germany, this is also not possible, due to legal regulations.
