3 weeks ago I took intra-articular injections of Diprophos, these were two amshelves at a time, then for the next 5 days Milgamma injections, I had a lot of side effects after this injection, including low-grade fever, pustules on the back, weakness and palpitations, apart from palpitations and occasional weakness everything has already subsided, will the palpitations also pass?

Palpitations are one of the very rare side effects of Milgamma. According to the manufacturer's data, they occur in no more than 1 in 10,000 patients using this drug.

Usually, these symptoms disappear within a few days to a few weeks after the end of treatment. If the symptoms persist after about a month, you should consult a doctor. Tests may be necessary to detect the cause of the problem, other than the medication used.

Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
