No, this is not recommended. The nail files used during treatment with Amorolak nail polish are designed for single use to prevent infection of healthy nails, so it is not recommended to reuse them or clean them with salicylic spirit or any other agent.
Salicylic spirits are designed to disinfect the skin, not to sanitize tools, as it leaves a residue of salicylic acid and may not be effective or safe for cleaning files. If you need to use the file again, it is better to use disposable files, e.g. from the drugstore.
