After three days of using Formodual, the risk of serious side effects is small, but you should not suddenly stop treatment without consulting your doctor, as this can worsen asthma control.
Formodual contains bronchodilators and inhaled steroids, which can promote the development of oral thrush, especially if you have already been on antibiotic therapy. In this situation, I encourage you to consult your doctor to assess the situation and possibly use antifungal treatment and the correct use of Formodual, e.g. rinsing the mouth after inhalation, to reduce the risk of mycosis recurrence.
