How to dose Mounjaro?

Mounjaro is available as a dose of 12.5 mg in a pack containing one 4-dose pen. Before injection, bleed the pen as instructed in the instructions. Then turn the dispensing button so that the number "1" appears in the window showing "0". Insert the needle and inject under the skin by gradually pressing the dosing button until the "0" appears again. Details on dosage are explained in the package leaflet. Before the first administration, the drug should be removed from the refrigerator and then stored at room temperature for 30 days. Dosage modification is not recommended by the manufacturer.
