Preparations with hydrochloric acid (HCL) and pepsin are not recommended to be poured out of the capsule due to the irritating effect of these ingredients on the esophagus and mouth. The capsule is designed to protect the mucous membranes from the effects of acid, which can cause burning and irritation.

Optionally, the contents of the capsule can be sprinkled, but the contents should be mixed with food or drink so that it does not irritate the esophagus and is effective. It should never be taken "dry" or directly into the mouth.
