During the first 4 weeks of treatment with Mysimba, the dose taken is gradually increased until the optimal therapeutic dose is reached (at the fourth week).
The dosing regimen for the following weeks (fifth week and beyond) should be the same as for the fourth week of therapy (unless otherwise recommended by the doctor).
The need for Mysimba should be reviewed after 16 weeks of therapy.
