Alcohol consumption during treatment with anti-inflammatory drugs such as Biofenac is associated with an increased risk of adverse effects on the digestive system (e.g. abdominal pain, erosions within the gastrointestinal tract) and circulatory system (increase in blood pressure). For this reason, the combination of NSAIDs and alcohol is not recommended.
