Rupafin should be administered once daily with or without food. The manufacturer of the drug does not indicate a specific time of day that would be optimal for its effect. If you observe drowsiness after taking Rupafin, it is worth taking further doses in the evening.

Rupafin can be used at the same time as probiotic preparations (e.g. Bactoblis).
