Malaise may be associated with lowering the Levetiracetam dosage too quickly. According to the manufacturer:
"The initial therapeutic dose is 500 mg twice daily. This dose can be started on the first day of treatment. However, a lower starting dose of 250 mg twice daily may be given based on physician assessment of the reduction in seizure frequency and potential side effects. After two weeks, the dose can be increased to 500 mg twice a day. Depending on clinical response and tolerability, the daily dose may be increased to 1500 mg twice daily. Dosage may be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the daily dose by 250 mg or 500 mg twice daily, every two to four weeks."
Tell your doctor if the effectiveness of your therapy is getting worse. If the specialist deems it appropriate, he or she will recommend going back to the 500 mg dose or even increasing the dose of Levetiracetam to the lowest effective dose.
If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

Going down from the Levetiracetam dosage to 250 mg once a day may not provide a sufficient response to treatment – the dose may be too low to provide a therapeutic effect, so it is all the more important to consult a doctor.

To @Bbh6:
Follow the dosage set by your doctor. Sudden discontinuation should be avoided. It is recommended to gradually reduce the dose over at least 1 to 2 weeks to reduce the risk of withdrawal reactions. The duration of drug withdrawal depends on the individual body's reaction. If, for example, intolerable symptoms occur after reducing the dose, the doctor may consider returning to the previously prescribed dose and decide to stop the drug even more gradually.
As prefaxine should be discontinuedx, apparently it is not an easy drug to discontinue.... the doctor prescribed me I took 150mg, currently 112mg, i.e. 75 and 37.5 for 2 weeks, then 75, two weeks, then 37.5, I should get the symptoms right.?

As I mentioned – you should consult your attending physician. Your specialist may decide to resume treatment with Levetiracetam 500 mg.
Yesterday evening I went down to 250, I got strong nerves, I started to feel bad... I woke up at night, I couldn't sleep and I had relapses. It was better when I took 500 mg. I started to descend, everything converted from scratch. I take lamilept 175 mg I have come up to 200 mg this lamilept has a low concentration and when I take lamilept currently 175mg and lavericetam and I am sleepy.. on .. Do in such a situation
