Dizziness can be one of the possible side effects of Femoston and is often temporary. Slight shortness of breath may indicate an allergic reaction or other more serious symptoms that need attention.
If the dizziness is mild and goes away on its own, there is usually no cause for concern, but if the shortness of breath worsens, facial swelling, difficulty breathing or other worrying symptoms appear, you should immediately contact a doctor or go to the emergency room.
