Is the use of Salaza drugs in the form of tablets and suppositories a contraindication to HPV vaccination? These are anti-inflammatory drugs - is it better to stop taking them a few days before and after vaccination if I am in remission? I found information on the Internet not to take anti-inflammatory drugs shortly before and after vaccination ? Is this true?

There are no contraindications to receiving the HPV vaccine during treatment with mesalazine, the active substance in Salaza.
It was thought that anti-inflammatory drugs from the NSAID group (to which Salaza does not belong), e.g. ibuprofen, ketoprofen, could weaken the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines, but there is insufficient research in this direction and this has not been definitively confirmed.
Mesalazine has a more complex mechanism of action and will not affect the efficacy of vaccines, including HPV vaccines.
I would like to mention that an adult can also take the vaccine at a pharmacy. You can check the availability of vaccines here. Next to the names of some pharmacies, there is information about the cost of issuing a pharmaceutical prescription and administering the vaccine:
