After two years of using Endovelle, can I reduce the dose of the drug on my own because I feel unwell?

Hello. I have a question about endovelle, I have been taking it for 2 years without a break, of course I told the doctor everything, but she said that it is not possible after such a long time because: I feel bad, I feel nauseous, I feel weak, dizziness, some tinnitus, what should I do, can I reduce the dose of this drug myself, take half a pill and see how I feel???

No, it is not recommended to reduce the dose of Endovelle on your own without consulting your doctor. Symptoms such as nausea, dizziness or tinnitus can result from various causes and require diagnosis. It is worth consulting your gynaecologist or family doctor again as soon as possible, describe the symptoms in detail and ask about the possibility of changing the dosage or other treatment.
