When should I take the next dose of Pylera if I took the first one at 7 am?

The doctor prescribed me 4X3 pylori per day I took the first one at 7 a.m. so the others are around what time?

Pylera should be taken 4 times a day, 3 capsules each, usually after meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and additionally before bedtime, preferably with a snack. If you took your first dose at 7 a.m. after breakfast, subsequent doses should be adjusted to your meals throughout the day, e.g. approximately:

after lunch (around 13-14),

after dinner (around 6-8 pm),

before bedtime (around 10-11 p.m.).

There are no strict time intervals given by the manufacturer, but the doses should be distributed evenly and tied to meals, which usually gives intervals of about 4-5 hours. It is important to swallow the capsules whole with a glass of water, not to lie down immediately after taking the medication and to follow the therapy for the full 10 days.
