If you think the pen is broken, please take it to the pharmacy where you filled the prescription. The pharmacy staff will check whether it is actually possible to administer a dose of the drug and in the event of an incorrect effect, they will contact the manufacturer when you file a complaint.
Unfortunately, there are no replacement pens for Ozempic. All pens are pre-charged. To administer the next dose of the drug, you need a new pen – you can buy it at a pharmacy if you have a prescription.
