Where can I stick the contraceptive patch so that it is not visible in my bikini?

As summer is getting closer and closer, I wonder where do I hide the pavement this time. The one usually on the outer upper arm and in summer on the buttocks. But I don't really want that anymore. My question, how far down the stomach can I stick the plaster? Of course, I don't want it to be visible in the bikini.

The Evra contraceptive patch can be applied to the skin of the buttocks, abdomen, upper back or outer upper arm. Please note that it should be applied to clean, dry and hairless skin.
You should also keep in mind that the place where you apply the patch should not be pressed and rubbed by tight clothing.

The patch must not be placed on the breasts under any circumstances.

Therefore, the patch can be applied to the abdomen in a place that will not be rubbed or pressed by clothing and where there is no hair.

If you do not want to use the patches, you can talk to your gynaecologist about the possibility of changing the contraceptive you have been using so far to another, e.g. pills, vaginal rings, implants.
