Good morning, can Mysimba cause velaxin to stop working? Since I started taking mysimba, I have this impression, although I have read that mysimba can actually increase the effect of velaxin. So how is it?

Clinical studies indicate a risk of interactions with concomitant treatment with Mysimba and Velaxin. Mysimba may cause twice the plasma concentrations of Velaxin, which may increase its effect and increase the risk of side effects. If both medicines are prescribed by the same doctor, the dosage instructions should be followed. Otherwise, tell your doctors about the medications you are taking, as you may need to adjust your dose of Velaxin. The current deterioration of mood may be a consequence of taking Mysimba. One of the active substances - Naltrexone - can cause mental complaints such as increased anxiety, irritability and restlessness. In the event of aggravation of problems, it is advisable to consult the doctor conducting the treatment.
