The doctor recommended giving the child Dafuragu for 30 days - isn't that too long?

Good evening
My daughter, 3.5 years old, weight 15 kg, the doctor prescribed defurag and told me to take 30 days in doses - the first 10 days 3x5 ml, the second 10 days 2x5 ml and the third 10 days 1x5 ml. I am concerned about such a long use because in the leaflet it clearly states that the drug should be used for 7-8 days. I don't know what to do now, tomorrow is the 8th day. Please help.

In some situations, your doctor may prescribe a different dosage than the one indicated. I encourage you to consult your doctor to clarify the details of the treatment, as there may have been a reason that decided to prolong the treatment process.
