I have mistakenly injected more Mounjaro than I should have – what should I do?

Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) at a higher dose may increase side effects, especially nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or blood pressure drops. These symptoms may occur within several hours after administration and persist for up to several days.

I encourage you to observe your well-being and in case of severe symptoms – contact a doctor or go to the emergency room. Do not try to adjust the dose in the following weeks on your own – further treatment should be consulted with your attending physician.
