Can Aripiprazole cause chest pain and galactorrhea?

Good afternoon! I started taking Ralotex (aripiprazole) for the second day, my chest immediately began to hurt, it swelled, the veins became more visible. Is it possible that this is a temporary side effect or are these the first signs of galactorrhea and it is necessary to stop taking it? I previously took tiraligen (a few years ago) Against the background of taking there was an increase in prolactin.

Swelling and pain in the chest may be a side effect of Aripiprazole. The summary of product characteristics does not mention galactorrhea as a possible side effect of Aripiprazole, but some patients (1 in 100) may observe fluctuations in blood prolactin levels (both decreased and increased). I also don't think symptoms like galactorrhea can occur so quickly after treatment. If you observe alarming symptoms in the following days, you should consult a doctor.
