I understand that you mean the markings of the days of the week on the blister. As a general rule, each tablet of Cliovelle has the same composition and it makes no difference which tablet from the blister you take first. Nevertheless, taking the drug according to the markings of the days of the week helps in regular taking of tablets and reduces the risk of, for example, mistakenly taking 2 tablets during the day. Therefore, it is advisable to take the first tablet from the place on the blister marked with the appropriate day of the week (e.g. Tue, if you start taking the medicine on Tuesday), and then continue to use the tablets in the direction of the arrow.
