Vermox should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. In the case of pinworm, it is 1 tablet at a time, regardless of the time of day. On the other hand, in the treatment of ascariasis, whipworm infestation, hookworm and mixed infestations, 1 tablet is used in the morning and evening for 3 days.
Side effects are rarely observed. The drug is usually well tolerated when used at the recommended doses. A common side effect is abdominal pain, and nausea and vomiting are uncommon. For a full list of side effects, see the package leaflet:

A single, looser stool is not diarrhea, however. Diarrhea is the passing of liquid or semi-liquid stool at least 3 times a day.
