It is a drug used mainly to treat the symptoms of venous insufficiency and as an adjunct to anal varicose veins. The recommended dosage for venous insufficiency is 2-3 capsules per day, and for anal varicose veins 4-5 capsules per day, usually divided into morning and evening doses. The drug is not indicated for prophylactic use without the presence of symptoms, and its intake should be carried out according to the recommendations of the attending physician.
