Can people working in the police, guards or other state institutions become medical marijuana patients? Hello, I have a question if people working in the police, fire brigade or other state institutions can become medical marijuana patients? Does an occupational medicine examiner (an internist who receives documentation of the tests performed) review the history of prescriptions during periodic examinations at the police/guard?

An occupational medicine doctor does not have access to the history of treatment, prescriptions, etc. – unless the examined person agrees to it (ticks the appropriate consent in their IKP account).
