Pregnant women (between 24 and 36 weeks of pregnancy) and people over 65 years of age (as part of the Medicines 65+ program) can receive the RSV vaccine free of charge.
It is the Abrysvo vaccine, which is on the current list of reimbursed drugs. It is free of charge for pregnant women and seniors over 65 years of age. Reimbursed for people over 60 years of age (price PLN 408.86), and for adults under 60 years of age - fully paid (price PLN 817.72).
The second available RSV vaccine – Arexvy is non-reimbursed and not indicated for use in pregnant women. More here:
