How to use ephedrine powders and protargol drops in a 2-year-old child?

A 2-year-old child has enlarged tonsils and was given 2% protragol 10.0 2x2 drops and ephetonine powders. The question is, can I use it at the same time or first the powders and then the protragol nasal drops?

Powders with ephedrine are designed to shrink the almonds and reduce mucus secretion. Unless otherwise advised by the doctor, the baby may first be given the powder and then procurol applied.
