I'm abroad, I'm taking Lorazepam yesterday I went to the pharmacy, it turned out that the prescription expired a week ago. I only have 1 pill today, they gave me a doctor's appointment only after a week and a half, I'm very scared and the panic has already started that there will be withdrawal syndrome.

If your prescription has expired and you cannot fill it, it is worth contacting another doctor who will be able to issue a prescription.
Lorazepam withdrawal syndrome can occur if the medication is suddenly discontinued, but you don't have to stop taking it immediately. If you have only one tablet, try to save it (use 1/2 or 1/4 tablet) until you consult your doctor.
Lorazepam is a benzodiazepine drug that, with long-term use, can cause physical and psychological dependence. Stopping it abruptly, especially when you have only one pill left, carries the risk of withdrawal syndrome, the symptoms of which m.in include anxiety, agitation, headaches, muscle pain, tremors, insomnia, and in more severe cases, even panic attacks or convulsions.
