Trixeo Aerosphere starts working within a few days, but the full therapeutic effect, especially reducing inflammation and improving symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), can only be felt after 1–2 weeks of regular use.
Since you have been using the medicine for 2 days and still feel 'cramped', it is advisable to continue the treatment as prescribed by your doctor with two inhalations twice a day. If symptoms do not improve or worsen, you should consult your doctor, as Trixeo Aerosphere is not a rescue medication and is not a substitute for prompt treatment of breathlessness attacks.
