Can I use Heparegen instead of Heptral?

Can I drink Heparegen 100 instead of Heptral 500 (Germany)?
Heptral is prescribed to reduce liver parameters (ALT, ASAT) during chemotherapy (collateral cancer with mts in the liver)

Indications for use of Heparegen:

"As an adjunct in acute and chronic liver diseases of various etiologies and in toxic liver damage caused by alcohol, drugs or chemicals. Thiazolidine carboxylic acid protects the liver parenchyma from the damaging effects of bacterial, viral and industrial toxins, drugs and alcohol. It also has a choleretic effect"

Heparegen can be used by cancer patients as an adjunct to treatment, but this should be discussed with the doctor treating chemotherapy.
