Momocutan is a powerful steroid drug that is not recommended for use on the face in children without close medical supervision.
Corticosteroids, such as Momecutan, can affect the skin's natural pigmentation processes. Occlusive dressings, such as a patch, may increase the absorption of the drug through the skin, which may potentially increase side effects, including reduced pigmentation.
White spots may be the result of temporary discoloration of the skin. For many people, side effects such as reduced skin pigmentation are usually reversible and disappear when the drug is stopped. During this period, I encourage you to use a cream with a high SPF (e.g. SPF 50) so that the lesion does not become permanent. In the future, only preparations recommended specifically for children and for facial use should be used.
