How to inhale the medicine correctly Salmex?

Good morning, please tell me exactly if I am using Salmex correctly, i.e. I inhale with my mouth, take out the mouthpiece, wait a few seconds, and then slowly exhale with my mouth - thank you.

Once you have opened the inhalation device and prepared your dose, you can proceed to inhalation. First, you should exhale calmly, deeply. Then you should put the mouthpiece in your mouth and inhale deeply from the apparatus through your mouth. Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, after which you can remove the device from your mouth. Then you should exhale calmly. After the inhalation, it is recommended to rinse the mouth with water, this prevents hoarseness or thrush.
