Excessive sweating and hot flushing are listed in the Summary of Product Characteristics of Polpril as uncommon adverse reactions observed during treatment with Polpril. Increased side effects hindering daily functioning may be an indication to change the method of treatment, but you should not stop the treatment on your own without consulting a doctor (risk of cardiovascular system dysfunction).
