Adatam is not an anti-inflammatory drug. The active substance contained in the preparation relaxes the smooth muscles of the prostate gland and urethra, thanks to which the rate of urine flow during bowel movement increases. The drug is used to relieve symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate.
