Hello, an ultrasound revealed a stone in the gallbladder of 19 mm, I have no pain. Can I take something that could reduce the calculus or help until I see a surgeon. Every day I take Hydroxyzinum (I used to take trittico and I'll probably come back to it soon), Phospholipids 600 with dinner, microgynon and Amocon C Forte. Please advise.

I encourage you to consult the test results with the doctor in charge of the treatment. There are drugs that dissolve gallstones (available with a doctor's prescription, e.g. Proursan, Ursopol), but the indication for their use is the presence of deposits not exceeding 15 millimeters. You can take Rowachol (over-the-counter), which supports the functioning of the bile ducts and helps break down bile deposits.
"Rowachol is a drug that causes the resolution of mild ailments caused by gallstones. It has a choleretic effect, reducing bile stasis, as well as relaxing, reducing pain in spasms of the bile ducts. Based on experimental data, it is assumed that systematic intake of the drug facilitates the process of breaking down existing cholesterol stones and prevents the formation of new ones."
On our website you can check the availability of the drug and make a reservation at the pharmacy:
