I have already missed the placebo pill once, I intend to do it again. I had no spotting during the second pack. I read somewhere that you can only leave placebo pills for three cycles - but I would need it for a longer period. Is it safe? Is the protection maintained? Later, when I decide to take a placebo, should I take everything normally (active pills, four placebos and after the last placebo the next day active)?

Yes, protection is maintained at all times.
But anyway, the protection is preserved when I decide to take placebo pills after a longer break from taking them, only taking active pills?
In my case, however, the selected two-component pills are just perfect, because they make me feel the best.

There are no absolute contraindications to skipping a withdrawal bleeding break more than 2 times, but it is assumed that the breaks should not be skipped more often, so that the cycle is not dysregulated and mid-cycle bleeding/spotting does not occur. However, this does not affect the effectiveness of the therapy, but increases the risk of side effects.
It may be worth talking to your gynaecologist about changing your contraceptive to 1-component pills so that there are no breaks for withdrawal bleeding - such agents are used in a continuous cycle and withdrawal bleeding does not occur (or may occur, but only in the first months of therapy).
