Yes, it is normal for you to feel good after the first dose of Wegovy, because the drug works gradually and side effects do not always appear immediately.
The absence of unpleasant symptoms does not mean that the injection was inappropriate. It is important to perform the injection correctly, i.e. turn the pen according to the instructions (18 times) and inject subcutaneously into the right place, which you probably did. If the pen has been checked before use and there have been no technical problems, the injection should be effective. Side effects, if they appear, usually affect the digestive system (nausea, diarrhea) and are temporary.
