Symptoms such as bitterness, belching and slight abdominal pain may be associated with disorders of the intestinal microbiota after antibiotic treatment.

Pylera contains metronidazole and tetracycline, which can affect the balance of bacteria in the gut, which can lead to such symptoms. Continuing with probiotics is a good idea because they can help restore your natural gut microbiota. If the symptoms worsen or do not disappear within a few days, I encourage you to consult a doctor to rule out possible complications or residual infection.
