I bought Sutricon gel and it has a yellow color. As far as I know, it should be colorless.

Yes, Sutricon gel is colourless as standard, so its yellow colour may indicate a change in its properties – for example, due to improper storage, exposure to light or expiry date.
For safety reasons, I do not recommend using a product with a changed color. Please check the expiration date, storage method and if in doubt, contact the manufacturer or replace the product at the pharmacy.
