Particular caution should be exercised when combining Mysimba and Seronil. Mysimba contains two active substances - bupropion and naltrexone. Bupropion lowers the seizure threshold, which, in combination with fluoxetine (the active substance in Seronil), increases the risk of seizures.
Convulex may increase the effects of Seronil and Mysimba, which may increase the risk of side effects.
To sum up - drugs can be used together only if they were recommended by 1 doctor or the doctor knew about their use. Medications should be used strictly according to the doctor's instructions and under his supervision.
