In your case, you should use 1 capsule of Pregna Plus and 1 or 2 capsules of Pregna DHA.
Pregna Start is a preparation dedicated to women planning pregnancy, for pregnant women Pregna Plus will be more suitable. Since the preparation contains too little DHA, Pregna DHA can be added.
If you eat fish 2-3 times a week, 1 capsule of Pregna DHA per day is sufficient, if you do not eat fish - 2 capsules of Pregna DHA per day.
