It is not recommended to use Acnatac and Pharmaceris 0.3% Retinol Cream at the same time, as both products contain exfoliating ingredients and can irritate the skin.
Acnatac contains tretinoin (a derivative of vitamin A, exfoliating and anti-acne) and clindamycin (an antibacterial antibiotic).

Retinol 0.3% (in Pharmaceris cream) is also a vitamin A derivative, exfoliating and anti-aging.
The combination of these two substances can lead to excessive skin irritation, redness, burning, dryness and increased sensitivity to the sun.
If you want to use both products, it is worth using them alternately – e.g. Acnatac every other day, and retinol cream on the other days. Start with a lower frequency – e.g. Acnatac 2-3 times a week and retinol also 2-3 times a week. During such a treatment, it is also worth taking care of proper hydration – use mild moisturizing and regenerating creams. SPF 50 is also mandatory – both products increase sensitivity to the sun.
It is best to consult a dermatologist to choose the right care regimen for your skin.
