Such a combination can be used, but the therapy should be carried out for as short a time as possible.
Concomitant use of Nexpram and ibuprofen may increase the risk of side effects manifested by gastrointestinal bleeding. However, the likelihood of bleeding with emergency ibuprofen treatment with escitalopram is relatively low, so you can take the medication if necessary.
If there is a need to use painkillers more often to avoid the interactions mentioned above, it is safer to use drugs containing paracetamol (e.g. Apap).
The pseudoephedrine contained in Ibuprom Zatoki does not interact with Nexpram.
